Refund policy
We stand behind our product and will replace any defective decals within a reasonable period of time.
We do not generally offer refunds except in out of the ordinary cases. We will work with you to make sure you get the badge that are what you were hoping for in any reasonable way possible!
We custom make everything for you after you order and never "re-use" a product that has already been mailed to someone else. Generally we will not ask you to send a defective badge back when we replace it for you.
